Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. The product must be returned with:
Products returned without original packaging or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected successfully, Ambe Creation will initiate the refund instantly to your original payment method or preferred option.
Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take 3–7 business days.
Since Ambe Creation deals with customized/personalized gifts, these items are made specifically as per customer request.
Therefore, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be allowed once the payment is made and customization has started.
Customers must upload correct text, names, images, and details during customization.
Customers can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
OR (Alternative Policy Followed):
Customers can cancel the order only before the product is shipped/dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. However, return option is available after delivery (except custom items).
Ambe Creation ships products to almost all locations in India.
If the shipment becomes untraceable or delayed exceptionally, Ambe Creation reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
